Zoë Rose Jennings
I'm a Minneapolis-based artist with a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Coe College. I've spent most of my life writing and performing.
I have a particular love for female-focused work, Shakespeare and period pieces, and movement-based comedy, but I love live performance of all kinds.
Favorite roles from my past include Nick Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Elmire in Tartuffe and Sylvia in Sylvia.
Catch Zoë Rose as the Honorable Gwendolen Fairfax in Glowing Ember's latest Queered Classic, The Importance of Being Earnest. For one weekend only, The Phoenix Theater is hosting Oscar Wilde's best-known comedy. Mistaken identity, philandering lesbians, long-lost handbags, and muffins abound. Don't miss it!
